Phi Theta Kappa StudentsPhi Theta Kappa is the only internationally-recognized honor society for students attending two-year college’s

To be eligible, students must have a 3.5 grade-point average after completing 12 or more credit hours of college-level work and be currently enrolled, pursuing an AA, AS, AAS, or AGS degree. Certificate-seeking students are eligible if they carry a 3.5 GPA after completing 25% of their program coursework.

LCC’s Beta Eta Gamma Chapter gives students opportunities for campus and community service, leadership development, and networking with other high-achieving students.

New members are inducted every fall and spring semester.

Over $246 million dollars in scholarships are available annually to Phi Theta Kappa members transferring to four-year institutions.
