Must Do’s before Orientation!!
- Submit your high school transcript, test scores, and immunization records to the Office of Admissions.
- These can be sent to our admissions email at admissions@lamarcc.edu
- If you are transferring from another College/University, please send an official transcript copy to our Registrar’s office at Transcripts@lamarcc.edu
- Complete your FAFSA
- FAFSA assistance is available through our Educational Opportunity Center (EOC): 719-336-1588.
- If you plan to use this resource, please call and set up an appointment with Celia Tamayo.
- Register for classes prior to orientation.
- Registering for classes prior to attending orientation will make your orientation experience less stressful!

* To register for classes, placement testing is required for certain degree programs and/or courses. The Accuplacer assesses your current skill level in Reading, Math, and English for proper course placement. You are welcome to test at any college or university close to you or on our campus.
- If you are interested in off-campus testing, a test voucher will be required. You can request this voucher through our testing center!
- If you have completed college courses or received the following scores on the ACT or SAT? you may be exempt from testing.
- ACT (English 18, Math 23, Reading 17)
- SAT (Evidenced Based Reading and Writing 470, Math 560).
