Student Government

The Student Government Association(SGA) is comprised of 5 elected student officers and a student senate made up of volunteers. SGA meets weekly to plan student events, discuss campus issues, and vote on student related decisions. Students who participate in SGA are given the opportunity to gain meaningful experience they can take with them after they graduate from LCC. To learn more about SGA, see the SGA Constitution and By-Laws.

Questions? Contact SGA by email at sga@lamarcc.edu.

State Student Advisory Council

The purpose of the State Student Advisory Council (SSAC) is to serve as an advisory body to the Colorado State Board for Community Colleges and Occupational Education. Members of the SSAC are elected by a vote of their respective student bodies. LCC elects a SSAC Representative each year.
