Beginning August 10th, the Colorado Community College System (CCCS) will be providing Office 365 ProPlus and OneDrive to every student free of charge.  Office 365 ProPlus will provide the full Office productivity suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote.  OneDrive will allow students to store and retrieve their documents from any computer, mobile device or tablet.

Both Office 365 ProPlus and OneDrive will be available to students through the portal starting on August 10.  At that time students will be able to find all the necessary information under the heading “Office 365” which will be located under the Student Schedule section.  This will contain a link Office 365 ProPlus and OneDrive – you will use these links to access either application.

To get started, take a look at the two self-help guides and the list of frequently asked questions below.   The self-help guides have steps for how students can use Office 365 ProPlus and OneDrive, while the FAQ answers general questions, minimum requirements, tutorials, and how to use both applications on a mobile device.

The 24×7 Support Desk and LCC IT department will be available to assist students as necessary.  Contact the LCC IT Help Desk between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm by calling 719.336.6666 or by email at it.helpdesk@lamarcc.edu. For assistance outside these hours, contact the CCCS 24×7 Help Desk at help.cccs.edu or by calling 888.800.9198.
